Daily food intake is made up of two meals a day which incorporate meal replacements, a cooked meal and other foods.

Meal 1 – After 11AM

Meal 2 – Before 8PM

Anytime between 11AM & 8PM

Hint: before 11am you may drink unlimited amounts of water and 1 cup of black tea/coffee
