Spicy Cauliflower Popcorn

Spicy Cauliflower Popcorn

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

2 cups cauliflower florets (200g)
Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil spray

METHOD

  1. Place cauliflower in a large bowl with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper and toss to coat.
  2. Place onto an oiled baking tray and spray lightly with olive oil, adding extra seasoning if required.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven (180ºC) for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

Tip: For a different flavour try adding chilli, curry powder or any other spices.
