Ingredients:
- 3–4 tablespoons hibiscus tea (dried petals)
- Warm water
- A few drops of Pomegranate & Cranberry Flavour Tony Ferguson Water Infusions
- Fresh citrus slices (lemon, orange or lime)
- Fresh mint leaves
- Honey (optional)
Method:
- Add the hibiscus tea to a teapot and cover with warm (not boiling) water.
- Stir in the Tony Ferguson Pomegranate & Cranberry Water Infusions and honey (if using).
- Add citrus slices and fresh mint. Let it steep for 8–10 minutes.
- Pour into mugs and enjoy warm – or chill and serve over ice for a refreshing cooler.
