SERVING SUGGESTION: Use your Tony Ferguson Ground Ginger to make homemade ginger tea. Fill a mug with boiled water and 1/2 tsp. Tony Ferguson Ground Ginger. Stir, then cover the mug and allow to steep for 10 mins. Strain, sweeten to taste and enjoy. For a twist, add honey and a splash of lemon juice, and a pinch of turmeric, cinnamon, or if you like it spicy, cayenne pepper!
