DOSAGE: Add one tea bag to a cup of boiled water. Brew for 4, 5 minutes. Not suitable for children under the age of 18 years. Each tea bag contains 20 mg of Caffeine. A cup of instant coffee contains approx. 80 mg of caffeine. Use of caffeine may result in sleep deprivation. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee).
WARNING: Not intended to treat obesity. Do not use continuously for more than two (2) months without consulting your healthcare provider. Safety during pregnancy and lactation has not been established. If you are of childbearing age, pregnant or breastfeeding and have concerns that your daily intake of caffeine from all sources may exceed 200 mg per day, please consult a healthcare provider prior to use.
