Salted Caramel Overnight Oats

These Salted Caramel Overnight Oats are not only incredibly satisfying but also packed with protein, making them the perfect way to start your day on a wholesome and delicious note. So go ahead, treat yourself to this heavenly breakfast and kickstart your morning with a smile!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled, slightly blended
  • 2 scoops of Tony Ferguson GO Shake Salted Caramel
  • ½ cup smooth nut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coconut milk or milk of choice
  • Chocolate chips

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the slightly blended oats, GO Shake Salted Caramel powder, smooth nut butter, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Gradually add the coconut milk (or your preferred choice of milk) until you reach your desired thickness. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  3. Once combined, gently fold in a handful of chocolate chips.
  4. Transfer the mixture into serving glasses or jars, layering with additional dollops of nut butter and chocolate chips for added richness.
  5. Drizzle with honey.
  6. Cover the glasses or jars and refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soak up the flavours and soften to perfection.
  7. In the morning, give the oats a quick stir before serving, and enjoy!
