MCT Nut Clusters: A Delicious and Easy Snack to Keep on Hand

Looking for a satisfying snack that’s quick to make and easy to store? These MCT Nut Clusters come together in minutes and combine healthy fats, nuts, and chocolatey flavour for a treat that feels indulgent but is made with simple ingredients.

They’re made with roasted almonds (or your favourite nuts), creamy peanut butter, and a touch of sweetness from honey or date syrup—plus a boost from Tony Ferguson Pure MCT Oil and Tony Ferguson Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Just melt, mix, scoop, and freeze!

  1. Melt the Base: In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the coconut oil, honey (or date syrup), MCT oil, and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Mix It All In: Remove from heat and stir in the cacao powder until fully incorporated. Fold in the roasted nuts until evenly coated.
  3. Scoop and Set: Scoop heaped tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray. Place in the freezer and allow to set.
  4. Serve and Store: Enjoy straight from the fridge or freezer whenever you need a quick bite!
