2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
12 small flat mushrooms, stalks trimmed
Olive oil spray
¼ cup tarragon, chopped
- Combine garlic and vinegar in a small bowl. Using a pastry brush, coat the tops of the mushrooms with the mixture.
- Place stalk side up on a baking tray and spray with olive oil.
- Grill under a hot grill for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with fresh tarragon.
