Coconut Milk Chia Pudding


Looking for a quick and easy breakfast or snack that is both delicious and healthy? Look no further! This coconut milk chia pudding is so thick, creamy and delicious, you won’t believe it’s actually good for you.

This recipe makes four servings, so it’s perfect for sharing or for meal prep.


What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup of Tony Ferguson Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups of coconut milk from a can (not a carton)
  • 1/4 cup of Maple-flavoured Syrup (or any other liquid sweetener of your choice)

How to make it:

  1. Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Once everything is combined, divide the mixture into four jars or cereal bowls and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow it to thicken.
  3. When you’re ready to eat, top the chia puddings with your favourite toppings such a berries, nuts or even a dash of cinnamon.


These puddings are easy to store and freeze for later. Simply keep them covered in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze them in a shallow container for up to six months.
