You can add Tony Ferguson Pure Hydrolysed Collagen for an extra boost, or leave it out for a more classic version.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1–2 tablespoons Tony Ferguson Pure Hydrolysed Collagen (optional)
- ¼ cup molasses or golden syrup
- ½ teaspoon Tony Ferguson Cinnamon Spice
- ½ teaspoon Tony Ferguson Ground Ginger
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and whisk gently.
