● 1/2 cup rolled oats (45g)
● 1 cup water (240 mL)
● 1 small banana, sliced
● 1 tablespoon almond butter
● 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
● 1 tablespoon raisins
● 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
● Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it:
1. In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil over high heat.
2. Stir in the rolled oats and reduce the heat to medium-low.
