Chicken Stir Fry Recipe


Craving something savoury and satisfying for dinner? This chicken stir fry recipe is sure to hit the spot! Made with boneless, skinless chicken breast, veggies, and brown rice, this dish is healthy, filling, and packed with flavour.


● 75g boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into bite-sized pieces
● 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
● 1 small onion, sliced
● 1 medium-sized carrot, sliced
● 1 medium-sized bell pepper, sliced
● 1 cup cooked brown rice (165g)
● 2 tablespoons soy sauce
● Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the sliced onion, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan and cook until the vegetables
are just tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked brown rice and soy sauce and cook until heated through, about 2

6. Serve hot and enjoy!
