  • 50g canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 medium-sized whole wheat wrap (100g)
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it:

  1. In a bowl, combine the canned tuna and mayonnaise
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  3. Place the wrap on a plate and arrange the lettuce leaves on top
  4. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the wrap, spreading it evenly over the lettuce
  5. Sprinkle the diced tomato over the tuna
  6. Roll up the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go
  7. Slice the wrap in half and enjoy!
