Ingredients for 1 serving:
● 150g cooked quinoa
● 75g diced cucumber
● 75g diced tomatoes
● 50g diced red onion
● 25g chopped fresh parsley
● 25g chopped fresh cilantro
● 15g olive oil
● 15g lemon juice
● Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
